Something weird happened today..
Well it didn't take me long to come back and post something up....
Well this morning truck started up GREAT, ran great, no problems, got to work let it idle for a minute or 2 and shut it off...
Well 9 hours later I went to start it up, crank,crank,crank, nothing.
First things first, checked fuel in secondary filter good, injector buzz good.
Cranked and cranked some more and nothing....
then I checked all fuses jiggled some relays around, batteries were just about dead, cranked it over again and bam started up like a champ..
Now, I doubt there could still be air in the system, but what could have stopped if from starting after running great when I went to start it back up?

I wish I could tell you. Mine occassionally takes spells where it cranks and cranks and refuses to start without leaving any kind of code. Stop, let it sit for 10 seconds, and it fires like a gasser. Very very strange.
You could still have air working through the HPO system, but check the simple things....FICM plugs, etc and check it for codes.

I wish I could tell you. Mine occassionally takes spells where it cranks and cranks and refuses to start without leaving any kind of code. Stop, let it sit for 10 seconds, and it fires like a gasser. Very very strange.

I check everything I could without getting pissed for it not wanting to start.
I also did think air in the hpo system

Icp sensor..right pass side valve cover towered the front of it?
But it was raining out on my way to work and it just stopped when I went to start my truck.
Taking the turbo out again does not sounds good to me.

Yes, exactly but this socket has a cut up the side because the connector is at a right angle. Not sure of the size since I did mine while the turbo was out--LOL--and I used a big *** crescent wrench.

Well taking the turbo out is a breeze now, I don't don't like lining the up pipe back up.
I would like to do this tomorrow. Anyone know that size?
And if its gummed up it should be noticeable? What should I clean it with?

I used a 36mm hub socket and cut a slot out of it with a cutting wheel. It sucked to trash a $30 socket but I have it for later I guess.
