Does anyone have any history with Lucas Injector Cleaner? What is the best fuel additive for a 2003 6.0L? I just had to replace all the injectors and don't want to have that problem again.

This is one of those subjects that some guys go crazy on. I haven't had any experience with Lucas myself but alot of guys run Diesel Service, others run 2 stroke oil, others refuse to run anything at all with no problems. There are plenty of threads that have beat this subject to death.
I use Diesel Kleen. you get it at Wal-mart. They have a white bottle I use in the winter (Has an anti-gel in it) and ht egrey in the summer months. Not sure of your location, you may stay with the grey one.
I have used it with out issues. But my fuel system was never in a state that needed an additive when I used it. Same with when I use Diesel kleen or TC-w3, never notice unless I am having an issue and so far I have not because I use DK and TC-w3 here and there.
The lucas additive is more for gas engines. It does more good with them then it does for diesel. I don't know anything bad about it.
Diesel kleen, or Ford PM-23 or Stanadyne are all good in the fuel. You are looking for cetane boost and lubrication. Not cleaning. If the fuel press. at thousands of psi can't keep the injector clean some chemical won't. Regular oil changes and oem filters also help the injectors since the oil drives the injectors. 5,000 mile oil change intervals.

Cleaning is more for the parts before the inj tip.
