I believe If we would instill public floggings into our criminal justice system and sell tickets with the victim having the option to do the flogging,we might see a decrease with this type of crime.Just my 2 cents.

To add insult to injury, if you can believe it, in Canada if one were to catch such thief in action, one is NOT allowed to harm said thief in any way, shape or form, or YOU will be charged. Similarly, if said thief injures himself on your property while burglarizing, he can sue you too.

Same go's for a guard dog. If your dog hurts a thief on, or even in your property he can and will win in a court!

I feel your pain my 03 6.0 was stolen out of my driveway last August and I personally know 6 others who have had thier trucks stolen in the past 2 years. Something drastic has to be done about this. We all work hard for what we have. Unfortunately here in AZ it all has to do with our neighbors south of the border. We need public executions like the old days. Nobody fears the punishment anymore. I am sorry I had better stop now. Sorry If I offended anyone.

There's a very simple solution, arrest and imprison any person who hires a fence climber. You will never get rid of a vermin infestation if you keep feeding them.

Damn man sorry to hear about that ...my last truck i only had 6 days and was stolen but i just got another one and alarmed the hell out of it ...I put Jimmijammers in it and i have a fuel cut off switch ...I hope they try to take it ...lol ...A word to the wise people on here ....FORDS ARE THE EASIEST TRUCK TO STEAL PERIOD !!!!!!! It takes 10 seconds to gain entry into these trucks by either prying under the crappy plastic door handle or they just punch out the key cylinder .....its all over the net these issues ...they even have videos .....Secure your trucks people ....Dont let these a$$wipes take your stuff ...

When mine was recovered I was told it was drivable but when i got to the impound yard they had torched it but neither of the locks or plastic guards were missing or damaged. They probably used an air bag you slide in the door jam and pump up then reach in with a long bar and hit the locks. We have one at work and my son locked his keys in and I broke in in less than three minutes and it was the first time I had done that so they are faster I'm sure. It does no damage to the door either.
