Any hard questions that haven't been answered yet? Post them here, I'll take notes and ask them tomorrow 3-3-2011. My drive is at 12:15 PM.

Ask them why the MPG's are so bad and why they didn't add some kind of protection in front of the IC.

ask them if the truck is programmed to run "rich" for a certain amount of miles for a better break in and is that why the mpg reports for the ecoboost aren't very good? If this is true at how many miles on the odometer will the pcm revert back to "normal" mode?

Thanks

Good idea Tim! Also, if you haven't already, you might post this in the EB forum.

Ask him if they're running premium or regular unleaded and if there is a noticable difference in performance/mileage between the two. I think the book says 87 is acceptable but 91 recommended.

Tell them to lose the lame license plate bracket!

Just kidding.

Tim, take a look at the tire and loading sticker on the door frame and see what it says....maybe even snap a pic if you get the chance. I'm curious to see what the numbers are for it after the infamous payload thread from a year or so ago in the 2009+ F-150 forum.

Also, ask if they have any plans to offer the EcoBoost in a regular cab shortbed.....4x4 or 4x2.

And lastly, if you would, ask them if they plan to expand the availability of the 4:10 gearing with the EcoBoost beyond the FX-4.

Thanks, you lucky devil. Have a blast!!
