I don't think so. Certainly not in my price range, anyway.
I use a DeWalt 18v that claims 300 ft/lbs, but it won't loosen nuts that are torqued to 150 ft/lbs. I break them loose with a breaker bar and run the nuts off with the impact, then run them back on with the impact and finish installing with a torque wrench. Still much easier and quicker than any other way I can do it without electricity or air..

I see what you meant. I just looked up an 18v Milwaukee that claims 450 lb/ft. Dewalt has a 24v, but I didn't find the TQ spec on it. But whatever it is, you wouldn't get through one wheel if you used it to break the lugs is my guess.
My dads old Ingersol Rand (air) is supposed to be 400, but I guess it is worn. It is hit and miss for breaking 150 SD lugs. It's just as well, then I need just enough more to use the torque wrench.

My ol' "cross-star" works every time. No muss, no fuss, just ooomph!
Same for spinning them down again. Then finish with the torque-wrench.

i just use the monster 1/2" drive for that. some where around 750 hp. does the trick every time. i can take the big truck nuts off. or the pilot lugnuts. and of course its snap-on.
