lol, get workin! i cant wait to get a new exhaust system for my truck
I should be leaving home in about half an hour... my mom lives across town. I don't know if I want to do it in the cold and wet tonight, or wait until tomorrow's somewhat brighter sunshine and go through piles of tools and junk in a garage that needs spring cleaning BAD...
Should be straight forward to do. From the looks of it the hardest part in removal is pulling the stocker out and two of the hangars that aren't unbolted. Every other one is... the two tails and the front hangar.
my monday wasnt terrible, although the last thing we did was EXPLODE the double cardan joint on a brand new driveshaft. wtf?
after work i started working on my quad, because it has been 2 years since i have ridden it and i NEED to race again!
one of two gussets for the steering stem mount:
repaired some cracks, the stem mount was ready to fall off:
then i put 2 gussets back at the rear shock mount, and welded the frame back together on the right side where it was cracked completely through. they are uneven because there is an intake boot that goes through one side:
there is still a lot more to be gusseted and repaired before powdercoat.
