Not sure about there but over here when I pay at the pumps it will ask me if I want to fill up or pay a diff amount. I always select diff amount and the select my max. Eg over here were getting rapped with $1.359/L approx $5.436/g so its taking me an average of $225 to fill my Excursion here. So ill select my own amount of $250 so I can fill it up in one shot.

yes i know its not a big issue to re slide the card. but the thing is BEFORE yesterday, you could fill up with no cut offs. around july 08 when gas was at it's highest, sams and wally world implemented a cut off limit AND once it cut off you had to pull around in line and let the next person go if you needed more.

same thing happened after gustov and ike.

I guess they don't want to part with that cheap gas.

News reported today that chicagoland has the highest gas prices in the country!!
Regular is 4.39.
On the highways all the semi trucks draft each other. I try to get in there and draft too.

Lol I was born in canada but grew up in florida so I hate the cold but my wife won't move to florida because of the economy there. So I'm stuck in the great white north, it's not all bad here so don't get me wrong. But from a tax point of view were getting raped. From a business standpoint it's so so, nothing to write home about. then the cost of living here really sucks the median home price here is $550,000 that will get you a three bedroom three washroom two car garage, unfinished basement, and no yard 30' by an average 65-80' deep.

Case and point even our fuel is insane we were hiked ten cents a liter in one week which is about forty cents a gallon and canadians didn't make so much as a peep. Sadly we have another election for our prime minister and nobody has said anything about the fuel prices.

Doesn't matter where you live though you will always find some where better lol. I dont hate canada just the weather lol. Id love to live in the aloha state but hey at least for now we have f free health care.

We bounced up to $4.17 a couple days ago. NOW, we're ALL THE WAY back down to $4.11, so clearly the crisis is over.

Anyway, getting ready to pull the camper this weekend to my camping spot about 230 miles away... so, I'm mentally getting ready for the 44 gallon fill-up, hoping I don't pass out while pumping it. With my V8, I'll get around 7.5 to 8mpg IF I'm lucky. Sheesh.
