No I'd rather have a government FOR the people, not for politicians lining their own pockets and all their relatives pockets. I didn't vote for anything and when draft dodging bill Clinton was elected president that just sealed it. I registered for the draft my 17th or 18th birthday, been so long don't even remember which one, politicians are lazy worthless slugs. But I digress this doesn't have anything to do with gas being $3.39 and diesel $3.99 jersey shore, freaking politburo.

Gas is over $4 here and I hate politics and politicions also. It's just a big ego trip for them and you will never see me in a voting booth.

$344 is cheap compared to OC and San diego County, regular is $3.93+. Diesel is the killer at $4.29 to $4.39. Glad I don't have to drive it everyday.

Consider yourselves part of the problem. Apathy on the part of the public is what gets a society into these situations. If you want to do something besides complain, I have 3 words for you:
DEMAND TERM LIMITS

If you dont like the price of gas, move to Libya, I hear its cheap there. Or any country in the middle east for that matter. They all seem to be doing pretty well lately.

Sorry to hijack the thread and turn it into politics, but I cant sit around and let "Americans" bash our country and system of government. Our system has its flaws, but, it is the best system in the world.

You're on! Road trip. I've got some extra jerry cans. I hear there are some cool ancient civilization rubble to see there and I've got my lonely planet guide (pesky travel alert, but we'll keep a low profile in the Ex's).

Or we take the air transport...

If you think you could ever do anything to change the system in this country your pretty naive, all politicians do is change it for the worse for their own personal agrendisement. A simple example would be to stop the ridiculous expenditures of space exploration spending millions of dollars for nothing and feed the homeless of this country, but the government would never do anything like that. Jersey shore $3.39 gas. Diesel $3.99, just to stay on topic. I'm not bashing the country, just the worthless politicians, I'd probably vote for Abe Lincoln.
