shaking at 55mph
My 03 fx4 has a bad shaking when you hit 55. The front driver side tire has started to get cups in the trend. I'm guessing if i rotate the tires and put the bad tire on the back it will stop. Lots of trend on it still. But whats wrong with the frontend ? SHOCK maybe ? If i put new shocks i was thinking of useing front ones with a spring . They say it will raise the front 1''to11/2'' . This would level the truck. Was going to get the leveling key BUT if i can get the same from these shocks that would be great. ANYONE RUNNING THESE SHOCKS ? Will i need to change anything else if i do this ?

you might have a bad tire. those springy shocks are a joke. shocks to not raise vehicles. yeah, they made air shocks too, but the shock mounts will break too because they are not designed to carry weight. if you want to raise your truck, do it the right way---springs.
