drivetrain or suspension vibration?
2000 F-150 4X4, 5.4L, 3:55 LS, 209K. I have a occasional vibration coming from what appears to be the rear end but unsure. It occurs when turning left or right from a stop, and usually happens when the truck has been driven for a while, not when its "cold". All the wheel bearings and U joints are tight. Only thing I have been able to find is a worn idler arm and the rear end was low on diff fluid (leaking pinion seal). Had the dealer check it out while getting some other work done, only thing they could narrow it down to was the idler arm but I can't see that being the cause of it. (they never felt it on a test drive) I will be fixing both of the items, but was wondering if anyone has ever had the same issue. My fear is the rear end but just can't figure it out, mainly because it only does it as the truck has been driven.

you have a limit slip rear end. There is a clutch pack that slips when you turn a corner. They put regular gear lube in the alxe and the clutch is dragging when you turn. You need to add a bottle of friction modifier. You can get a 7 oz bottle at Auto Zone, or dealer can add it.
