I have a shake at about 75 or 80 that tends to get pretty bad. I had the front end alligned and tires rotated and balanced and it didnt help. I believe they are the original shocks and dif so they have 50,000 miles on them. Is it possible they are causing the shake? Anything else it may be that I can check?
What Tires are you running? What condition are they in? Does the condition worsen with more or less airpressure? Could it be a bent Rim? Just Some thoughts.
I replaced it with the stock one, i was to lazy to find an aftermarket one. Take it off and see if you can move it really easily or it has spots where it loses all resistance, replace the sucker. My buddy has gone through 3 of them in 3 years.
