All that photo needs is a "Keep" sign next to the can, resulting in the ambiguous "Keep Off!".

My first reaction was, "I've got the same drill press", but then I saw the adornments. Very nice!!!!

I used to see them all the time when I was coming home after shift but don't see them often with the red colours. I probably only witnessed them about half a dozen times. Now that I'm retired I'm never outside to see them that time at night...lol
