Its NOT a real image of anything, especially not the video it was supposed to represent. For some reason this just absolutely weirds me out and has been stuck in my mind since first seeing it. I'm pretty sure that's because if it were a real affliction and on my body I'd be probing, picking at and trying to remove those little pods shown, much like I do with splinters etc.
If you'd like to completely waste 15 minutes here's the YouTube video, be advised there's absolutely NOTHING of real interest there, don't ask me how I know!
