Front end problems

So I had a tire company put new tires and stock rims on my truck for the winter and the lug nuts bottomed out before the rim was on tight and they said nothing, well over the weekend i herd something that didn't sound right, got out and looked and found my rim coming off one lug snapped one lug nut broke and the others are loose and rim ruined. what to do now? if someone has a parts diagram so i can see how all of this stuff goes together and how to get it apart i would be much appreciative
oh yea it is an 88 ford f250 4x4 460 thanks

That has happened to a friend of mine twice now.
Tire store f'd his trucks up and he lost wheel/tire.
His were all stock stuff rims, lugs, studs.
It is their responsibility and they are liable.
I do not know all your details, but store managers started kissing my buddy's a$$ RIGHT AWAY!!!

well i think on the front the lugs are usually attached to the brake rotor, so replacing the brake rotors would replace the lugs. i cant think of how the rears work off the top of my head. but like rschap said, call the tire place ASAP. this is their fault and you shouldnt have to scramble all over trying to fix it. did you have to get the truck towed?

I dont think I would bring my kids tri cycle to them for anything. I will take care of it, i might make them buy the parts. I thought the rotor just has holes in it for the lugs to come through, any how i will have to wait till this dog gone snow stops thanks

its actually really easy to put new lugs in

take the rotor/hub assembly off then lay it down with the lugs facing up

take a drift(or punch) and a hammer then knock the broken ones out

after that stick ur new lug into the empty hole

put it back on the truck then put then u can put the wheel on or have someone hold the brake while you take a lug nut with a hole completely through it and tighten it down until it is fully seated

the rears suck.... they go on just as easy but suck taking them out because i think you have to pull the axle out
