Questio9n about rims

Purchased a rim and tire yesterday and Im not happy with how they are going to look but will work fine as a spare tire. The rim is just a plain jane black spoke (nothing special) but they look like they dont fit my truck right. I want the tires to protrude out further, like an additional 2" further on each side. The rim is a 16" rim but the part where the lug nuts hold it to the truck is 4" in (centered on the rim). How do I go about getting rims with the backspacing set up so the tires stick out an additional 2"?

My truck is a one ton and it will likely never get used for heavy work (four wheeling a little and mostly cruising. Maybe pull my ATV around on a small trailer. I have another truck for hard work so Im not worried about the extra stresses Im introducing to the one ton drivetrain. I will cut the fenders (maybe bushwacker cut out fender flairs in the near future) so turning radious wont be a problem with the extended backspacing.

Is there a company (that is reasonable in cost) that offers custom rims like what Im after? What and how do I explain what I want to them (laymans terms) when I place an order?

You want one with less back spacing. I have 15X10's on my truck with 4 inches of backspacing, that makes them about 6 inches deep on the front and they stick out like crazy. You can pretty much see in the pic below in my signature.
