floor shifters
i asked this in the 6.9 part but i guess its more appropate here cuz i dont think any truck guy wiht an auto would have this so i hope maybe a bronco or a mustange guy can help me
i have a 6.9l idi diesel motor and tranny and i am putting in into a car. but i cant figure out a cheap fab to make the auto tranny work on the floor. the lokar floor shifters run 200$ not bad i just dont really want that, i dont care for wire shifters i want to fab my own thing up. can anyone help show me pics of how these things can be modded to make a floor shifter? i havent take the tranny out and sure once i have it in my car i could figure something out but i woudl liek to have an idea how they work before i take a stab at it so i can have a plan not just be blind and tackling something i dont know
