No Start
I have a 2003 F-250, 7.3L Diesel, 142,000 miles with a EDGE chip. Usually runs great BUT ever so often (3 times last year again yesterday 21 Jan 2011) the truck won't start. Battery strong, engine spins freely but never catches, usually starts first time you engage the starter, cold or hot weather. Sometimes if you wait a day or so the truck starts right up, but in October it would not start so I called a wrecker and towed it to the shop, where it started right up. The trouble code indicated a faulty injector pump, but the Ford technician said it was not the pump because when they fail they do not return to operation. The truck gets good fuel milage, does not burn oil no fuel or oil leaks, has been serviced regularly and in all other ways has been super dependable, this is the only issue I have ever had. Does not seem to be any ryme or reason, sometimes it happens when the truck is cold sometimes when it is warm.

Im not too sure about the edge... but if it plugs into the PCM on the little chip connector make sure its not loose and making good contact because my DP-Tuner was not on all the way and it didnt let the truck start, it just spun and spun.
Another possibility is a blown fuse.
or maybe your CPS has gone bad.
good luck hope you get your problem fixed!
