Calibration
On my door sticker it says F4AE-6E061-LYA. Can't seem to find this listed anywhere. Truck is a 94 5.8 E4OD. Why is this number so different than all the rest?

You are reading the wrong number.
In the image below it is 4-54E-R10.

I show 4-64S-R00 as the Calif. Ems., 1994 ; 5.8, Ford 150.
Where do you see the 4-64S-R10 listed at?

The Motorcraft catalog is full of errors and omissions...but then again, so is the Ford catalog LOL! All part of "fun with Fords"!

Should be the same.
The difference was mostly the Computer & SFI.
Other emission items were earlier than the 49 States.
But they took the same plugs (ASF-32C) and the gap (.042-.046) was the same.
They both had the timing set @ 10* BTDC.
