Will the E4OD in my 1994 E250 work in a 2000 with an E4OD? Thanks in advance for the help.

 

No, it will not. The last year for the E4OD was 1998. The 2000 has a 4R100, and an E4OD will not work in place of a 4R100.

 

Would the e4od swap in place of the 4r100 if you used a non pwm converter and swapped the s pack out and changed the connector body side. Or would it involve a valve body swap?

 

No because it it won't even bolt up to whatever engine is in the 2000.

 

You'll need to change a few more parts. The 4R100 has two speed sensors that the PCM requires or it isn't going to shift. To install those you'll need to swap the E4OD case for a 4R100 case and also swap the internals to get the speed sensor tone wheels.
