Good Morning Everyone!! New here to this site. Having the same issue that MixerDrvr is having. 73,000 on an 04 F-250. Only, when my eng. finally does kick in I here a clicking sound (CLICKS @5X) that sounds like it is near the rear of the eng. Tx for the Help!!

Not sure of where. Did remove and clean EGR valve, very dirty. Drove only 14 mi. and ran good. I'll try those other items if this does not work. Tx again!!

i had a clicking noise under the dash , in the center. by the radio area turned out to be a blicker relay, and it was caused by the blicker switch on stearing colum
