off idle stumble
i have a 91 E150 with the 5.8 .
My problem is when i first step on the gas pedal. (doesnt matter if the engine is hot or cold) It Stumbles.
Also it doesnt matter if i just barely off idle the trottle or mash in to the floor. It Is going to stumble. after it stumbles it runs fine.

when was the last time it had a complete tune up?
spk plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air and fuel filters, pcv?
next question is how many miles are on it?
the reason im asking this is that te timing chain could be worn out.
i'll check back and see if i can offer any more help.

It's probably time for major tune up. Also it has 61,400 miles on the odometer.
It sat a lot before i got it. It is handicapped equiped and was not driven much before i bought it.
