We worked a Fresh and Easy packaging place once. It did not smell fresh. Smelled like cup of noodles powder.

Those rich odors get old fast. I worked at an M&M Mars plant in PA one day. The smell of the fresh candy was heavenly for a few minutes, but by the end of the day it was sickening.
But I will say, you haven't had a good Milky Way bar until you've grabbed one off the production line. Just be sure to do it early in the day.
