Thanks. I will check it out!!! We are using the stock A/C lines b/c we are using the Ford A/C compressor and Ford alternator, so A/C lines isn't an issue with this conversion.
Actually the one thing we are trying to decide on right now is how to run the fans. Obviously it has to use electric fans, but between the balancer and the radiator we have about 3".. Not enough for most fans. Thinking of using some pusher fans in front of the radiator.

Have you considered shortening your driveshaft to make room??

We thought about it, but it's much easier to mess with the fans than to have to redo the trans crossmember and both driveshafts.
EDIT: Back when he had the 7.3L in the truck he had the Flexalite fans for it. We are going to see if we can make those work. I mentioned Taurus fans, Mark VII fans, and some other fans to him and he just said he won't use them.. Weird, but OK. I think we can turn the Flexalites around to make them pushers and make them work though.

If you aren't hauling heavy then go for it. But if it's gonna work I would recommend a crank driven fan
