Looks like you win, Wreckinball! Mine did start fine but sputtered a bit due to not enough after glow. The 1986 style controller glows for 10 seconds no matter how hot or cold it is outside.....
nice one!
that was only like a second too.but it sounds more like mine.you can hear it turning over a little bit before she fires and runs.
i think im really close to yours David.i might hear a little more cranking than that first.geeze its hard to tell.i'll have to pay more attention.
i think you have more "rattle" at startup than me too.but i can't tell if that's just the audio of the cam or not making it sound a bit more amplified.
i think we're all in good shape for the winter though guys lol we're getting whiten half seconds of each other now i think.
i'll have to borrow my sisters cam again.
David, love that was awesome, all too often I hear new trucks take longer than that and even a few tries. We live in the land of awesome beasts and we reign supreme over technology!! Aaarrrrrrr!!! Lmfao!!

Air temp was about 24F at that time (morning) as measured on an IR thermometer but overnight lows dropped to about 10F so the truck was a bit colder.

Yup, 30 year technology and still working just fine. Truth be told, I like to plug it in when it gets this cold simply to get a faster warmup time, but I want to "see what it can do".

Actually I agree. This wasn't all that impressive and I feel the truck could do better. A slightly longer glow time would have probably given me a clean start.
