Wont start after replacing injector

Ok every time the truck sets for a while and i go back to start it it will fire a little but not start, i have checked the fuel reset under the pass. kick panel, i have check all fuses and relays, and i have unplugged the icp sensor and still nothing! Any help is appreciated!!

I don't think there's much more you can do without a good diagnostics tool. An AE will show you ICP and other signals that have to meet certain values for the PCM to allow it to start. Without checking those you're just throwing darts blind-folded.

Thanks! I guess im goin to have to find an AE, also one more question i just found a leak on the secondary fuel filter canister i think its the fuel pressure regulator that its leaking around could it be loosing prime therfore starving it for fuel?
