Ok #2 injector went bad broke everything down changed the injector put everything back together without a problem.Cranked on the truck for a few seconds finally firing up, and ran like a sewing machine the best the truck has ever ran! cut it off after about 15 minutes of idling fine and hopped back in to take it for a spin and make sure everything was workin properly and it too it a while to crank again i figured this was due to air still in the system. Took it for a spin and it ran great come back home shut it off and now it wont fire at all, will spin over all day but no fire. spray a little carb cleaner in it and it will try to fire but thats it. im about to pull my hair out over this! PLEASE HELP!!!!

There's also a possibility that you caused a HP oil leak in that head, so if you know someone with an AutoEnginuity you could look at ICP when cranking to see if it gets over the minimum 500psi for the computer to let it start.

He has two threads going--LOL.
I think you hit it on the head with the HPO leak somewhere. Almost sounds like the classic STC fitting failure--hot won't start.
OP--if you have an air compressor you can remove the ICP sensor in the head and pressurize the system to see if you have or can hear an air leak. Don't expect the system to stay pressurized like a tire because you will get some bleed down, but it shouldn't sound like it's blowing.

He needs a way of setting the IPR to 100% to do this.
Thanks guys! I just tried crankin it after sitting all night and it was about 30 last night and it fired for just a second then nothin and still nothing. Im going to go through the troubleshoot list when i get home. Thanks for the help any advice is good because i need this truck for uses at work.
If you pressurize the HP oil system to check for leaks (by installing an air valve at the ICP sensor location) you have to set the IPR to 100% to close the valve or it will leak air out through the IPR and not hold pressure. You can set the IPR to 100% either with the Ford diagnostics tool, or manually by unplugging the harness and applying 12V to it. You should only do that for short durations though, as the coil in the IPR will get hot with extended use at 100%.
