This is hard to answer because these gauges can be inaccurate because of bad
connections, failed senders or dying Instrument Voltage Regulators.
I could be a smart-*** and answer, "Between N and L" but that doesn't really help ya.
Mine is normally in the heft-hand 1/3rd of the sweep range.
Best thing to do is get a known-accurate temperature reading - either install an auxiliary
gauge set or get/borrow one of those hand-held laser things.
