Ford Exh Bolts

Why is the ford exh bolts, tight to go on ?

The new bolt threads are not as deep (pitch) as the old ones looks like I will have to reuse the old one again,they still look pretty good.

If your talking about the ones going into the "Y", the bolts gall the threads as they go in as a "thread lock".

NO bolts going into head .
