under hood air compressor?

I am slowly working on this same thing on my truck. I took off the lines, and unbolted them from the compressor to weld some standard fittings so i can hook up regular air lines to it. I am using a breather filter on the intake side, and i have a quik coupler on the high pressure side now. I need to find a tank to mount under the bed, and some other things
I want a one way valve in line to the tank, i have a filter (to filter out oil)
Which is another problem. our compressors do not oil themselves, the used the refrigerant to oil the pump. So you just need to squirt a little air tool oil in there every once and a while
Ill keep you updated with my system, but itll be a while, im making steps, modifying a rollbar to fit, and making a new set of bumpers. So its kinda on the backburner as of now.

I thought about this overnight, now it is a good idea dont get me wrong but, how many people want to leave there truck running for extended periods of time, especially a gas job. I think if theres a way to mount my little single cylinder honda motor on the truck to turn the compressor, it would be more eficent on gas then my windsor. Anymore thoughts and ideas let us know
