Yeah, I have an entire extra return line kit for a 7.3 (gotta keep them on hand...). I can send you a straight line cap and a corner cap. PM your address and I'll send it out on monday.

Pensacola diesel sells one kit for 6.9 and 7.3 I am thinking that half the people on the idi forum are running the same thing for 6.9 and 7.3.

There will be no issues with pressure difference due to diameter of the barbs, all they do is send the "leak off " fuel back to the tank, more comes out of the pump and filter on the 7.3 but still wont be an issue.
The year split is hard to define, I just bought 10 kits that were labeled wrong, late in early package, I always ask for straight thru or offset to define, so now with these beautiful machined caps, the question will be small ,5mm, or large 7mm,hose.
Very nice work.

Using a larger diameter barb may benefit in less chance of the rubber hose/clamp leaking too. Really, either design of offset or straight through shouldn't make a difference. Like others said the fuel is only risidual that is fed back to the tank.

Really, That is not what we have heard. LOL found the link at OilBurners and followed it. Would love to have a set for the 7.3 with 5/16 return lines and the 2-6 or 3-4 crossing at center to have three barbs to be like a "T" would be Purfect. Please let me know what the cost is and where to send the Money. I know everyone is saying the size increase will not make a big difference. But I have a feeling that I will have a lot of fuel to return as bleed off from the pump and filter. Plus the injectors and would rather error on the side of saftey than have fuel back up at pump and change fuel advance curves. Thank You Allen

82 caps have been machined. He's machined lots of 6.9L sized barbs and should have picked up the newer style 7.3L cap to check the inside hole diameter of its respective barbs. He worked on them over Christmas and has been busy with work. I'll speak with him this weekend to get an update. He doesn't want to receive any checks until he has complete sets ready to ship. Also, he's planning on moving out to ID, so he's been busy consolidating things and getting his house ready for the market.

I have been slammed with this holiday season. I'll speak with my dad to see how things are coming along.

Just Arrived

Well, I finally got our stuff moved into our new house and my father finally accepted his caps are working just fine on my truck with near 8k miles on them. So...

5 sets of N/A 6.9L brass return line caps have arrived. If still interested, send me a PM with your email address. I'll send you an email and request your address, then send you a quote. Cost is $160 + shipping via USPS.
