92 clockspring part# ?

can someone help me with the correct part #? They are not cheap and I want to get the right one. F5TZ-14A664-D is the part I found
How much of a pain in the butt is this fix, also any tips or tricks would be helpfull

Did I have this conversation with you awhile back? I don't exactly recall....
Anyway, about 5 years ago, my dealer sold me a F3UZ-14A664-B to cure my clockspring problems on my '93 Aerostar. I remember him saying something about the original clockspring had been discontinued and that this one was the recommended replacement for my Aerostar. Never used it, so I can't tell you if it's the right number or not.
If you are cozy with your local Ford parts man, you might ask him/her.

I think I'm going to tear into it this weekend and look at the plug ends and any numbers on it for clues.

I torn into it and looked at the plugs ends, and I was happy with the way that one from Ebay. Its on the way

If you think that this is the correct part number, Green Sales, a dealer that specializes in obsolete and NOS Ford parts shows 2 in inventory.

That eng# shows being a F29Z 14A664 A pn, which supersedes to a F2UZ 14A664B, so the number I verified would be correct.

Thanks all. It should be here Monday I hope, this is the first time I'm been without my van for this long. I have 3 other vehicles,, but the van is my #1

134 available NOS ~ The source with the largest quantity is VINTAGE PARTS INC. in Beaver Dam WI that has 120 = 877-846-8243.
