Did I have this conversation with you awhile back? I don't exactly recall....
Anyway, about 5 years ago, my dealer sold me a F3UZ-14A664-B to cure my clockspring problems on my '93 Aerostar. I remember him saying something about the original clockspring had been discontinued and that this one was the recommended replacement for my Aerostar. Never used it, so I can't tell you if it's the right number or not.
If you are cozy with your local Ford parts man, you might ask him/her.
For a '92, this would be the correct number, and like what has been said, it has be obsoleted by Ford. Using a different one is at your own risk, and there are no notes about a newer one working.
