My cel comes on when the truck is warmed up at idle then goes out during mid throttle but comes back on at full throttle. No noticeable misfire. I pulled codes 1276 and 1274. I then cleared the codes did an injector buzz test and they came back. I did a continuity ohm test on the uvc harness all 4 injectors ohm out at 3.4-3.5 ohms checked continuity from uvc harness to the idm connector both high side and low side ohm at .5ohms. Ohmed the injectors from the idm connector and get the same 3.4-3.6 ohms. I them swapped idms with my dads 01 2wd truck and still get the same codes. I have even swapped #6 solenoid with #1 and the code did not move from cyl#6. I have also wiggled the entire engine harness pulled all the connectors apart and cleaned them and i put in a new dorman v/c gasket/ uvc harness. I am at my wits end with truck about to take it for a long drive on a short pier so lany help or ideas are VERY welcome

You may have a short in an injector solenoid itself.

 

You have been very thorough, but this sounds more like something is working loose with vibration. Did you pull and clean the upper VC gasket connector? Have you ohmed out the injectors from the IDM connector? Check the ground strap for the IDM. "Jiggle the handle"?

 

I have ohmed the injectors from the edm connector and they were 3.4-3.6 ohms. Where is this ground strap on the idm? Is the clip part of the bracket?

 

so i was wiggle testing all the wiring again today. The ses light did not come on till the truck fully warmed up and only came on after restart. I can buzz test the injectors and get no codes while warm, the ses light comes on with code p11276 after i start the truck and it idles about 30 sec with a slightly rough idle. Help I am lost now.
