Truck was running great, pulled up to stop and started idling rough. Drove about 3 miles and started running out of power, pressing on pedal just makes it sputter and dies. Towed home, ran forscan and scanner these are codes and screen shot from vid while cranking to see ficm, icp, ipr numbers. Tank is full, pump is Motorcraft 14 months old and does fill upper filter housing still. Any help to point me in right direction is greatly appreciated. Forescan screenshot during crank Scanner DTC's

it’s also cranking to slow need 150+ rpm
Yes was cranking in the screenshot, this was 11.9V from batteries after 3 or 4 cranks for about 10 seconds. The ficm voltage changes between 48 and 48.5 v while cranking .

As posted above - there are THREE important FICM voltages, not just one (VPower and LPower in addition to MPower). Especially since you have FICM codes and one code is for bad LOGIC power (P1378: FICM detects logic power low, less than 7 volts).
P0611: FICM memory fault. Loss of FICM Power or internal FICM failure: FICM memory fault will set if a RAM or ROM fault exists. Loss of FICM Power. Other internal FICM failure. That said, you will get this code with a FICM that has been modified for higher voltage.
Also as stated above, ALSO your cranking rpms are insufficient for a reliable start (150+ is what you want to see).
IMO you will be needing another FICM (known good) to try (as stated over on the ORG). Or send the one you have in for testing and upgrading (CircuitBoardMedics.com or FICMRepair.com).

I do have spare FICM that was good when removed this truck, I can try it. Both FICM are 48v not 52v. I can hear fuel pump run and watch the upper bowl fill up, should it almost spray out or just over fill and pour out? Getting ready to put metal cap with pressure port in a little bit to test pressure.

Lowest I've seen voltage on ficm lp was 9.5. All others never below 10v. I have power or lower side of the Ficm to try and replace yet those numbers show good from what I can tell. Is this a logic side issue? New completr Ficm will be here on the June 27th . Vid screenshot while cranking
