Well fivefordes, Wescott's Auto shows hinges for these trucks in their catalog, but you have to drill the mounting holes yourself. The pin holes are already there.

I am getting ready to place an order for them myself.what an addventure getting them out ,the old ones. I ended -up grinding off the heads , drilling and taping the pin its self and jack-screwing it out ,six months of heating ,shocking :dryice; bees wax, wouldet budge. you name it . I prevailed.one thing for sure ,they wernt going to rattle out.
Seemed to miss this post...but...my dad used to tell me "back in the day", they'd use hardware pins for doors on the older Fords/dodges/etc, that had the exposed hinges.
They worked fne, but I'd guess they wouldn't pass for a "restoration", unless you did a bit of filing on them.
Edit:
Ooops, see you guys were talking about the hinges, not the pins.
