Your local auto parts store has a kit for rebuilding them in the help section. Includes new pins and bushings. youll have to diegrind one of the ends off the old pin to get it out- I think the bottom. Try not to remove the hinges completely unless you care to have to mess with readjusting them which shouldnt be required. This worked wonders on my beloved 79 that was stolen.
JC Whitney has a door hinge repair kit that is pretty complete and not too much money. +1 One70one71 on the door hinges. If you do have to remove them from the pillar to do the work take a smaller drill bit and drill two holes through the hinge and pillar and remove the hinge. When done take the same drill bit and use it to line the holes back up before you tighten them down and that sames a ton of time in aligning the doors.

I just checked JC Whitney for the door hinge repair kit and they do not have one specific to my vehicle. They only sell a universal 90 piece kit for ~$45 and I will continue to look around for something more specific. Anyone else seen these available?
No problem with removing the hinges to repair them I have already had them off and on a few times during my restoration project. I scribed a line around the hinge where it attaches to the cab and then I drilled an 1/8" hole in both hinges where they attached to the door. Worked like a charm reinstalling them and I was able to reinstall them by myself by having the hinges attached to the door and then placing the door so it latched and then reinstalled the hinge bolts using the 1/8" drill bits to help me line it all back up.
That's what I'm looking for thanks. I must be losing my mind, I went to JBG after you originally posted and all I could find was the set of 4 for the 66-77 Bronco's. Now when I do the search I only get the single hinge pin kits, like the one you posted and now I do not see the set of 4 for the 66-77 Bronco's anymore?
On some of the hinge pin kits that I've seen in the past they had a lock nut on the bottom to hold the pin in place. How are these held in place (gravity)?
