Use a dremel tool, $30 at store comes with bits and stuff, use the cut-off wheel, it is small enough the fit in there. If you need more cut-off wheels they are cheap and found where you bought the dremel tool. Don't buy just the tool because then you have to by the cutoff wheel with the stem adn stuff, plus for $30 you can't argue with the accessories.

Edit: Yeah brace with a floor jack or throw arope through a tree or garage rafter or door rail etc. to get the door level how its supposed to be. Also for $6 do the other side too so that you won't have to do it later is some really cold weather etc.
