Newbie 04 6.0L
Bought a 04 4x2 Eddie Bauer 6.0L with 63k miles 2 weeks ago
Paid just under 20K for it. 2 tone white/burg (good deal?)
Just found this site and looks to have some good info on it.
Just a couple of questions:
1. I can not find the key code access and the deeler didn't give me one I went to Ford and they wanted $100 to recover it for me. I checked behind the radio and of course there is not card in the glove box. Anyone know where else I can possibly find it?
2. I have ordered another key fob and want to get another key cut, is there anyway I can avoid the dealer to program the new key and fob?
3. Can someone provide me with an Oasis report.

4. Is there anything I need to look for as far as potentcial issues or things I need to do? I have been looking at the threads just so damn many on here.
5. What tire pressure are you running?
This seems to be the place to get the info you need.
Hope to see some fellow drivers on the road.

I have the same vehicle in an 05 4x4. Same color / EB. If you really want to make the paint POP try Zaino polish. The red is a great color.
I only have 16k on mine. Don't really drive it much. And now with the price of diesel at close to $5 I will probably drive it less.
Enjoy the truck, you'll love it.
What made you get one now with the high cost of fuel?

Wife has an Expedition and didn't like to drive my Colorado to work
We have 3 kids
Brother in-law went into the hospital for a bone marrow transplant will be in for a while so we took on his 3 kids until he gets better could be 3 months could be a year..
Long story short, 6 kids and needed a bigger truck and I decided to go overboard.

I only have 2 kids. My son is 14 and my daughter is 11. I like it because they each get their own row. Cuts down on the fighting. There is also a lot of space in the rear to carry stuff. DOn't forget that the 2nd row seats recline to see the DVD better. Nice feature.
