Rad Support Rust
I recently bought my wife an 05 Expedition Eddie Bauer with 115k on it. The vehicle is in great shape overall except for the common engine tick. I noticed when I bought it that the radiator support has a good amount of thick rust which was not a deal breaker for me as I've seen it before on many northeast Expy's. Has anyone here dealt with the rust problem and if so, how? I would imagine replacing the support would be expensive so I'm looking for advice on how to patch and seal the rust. I've used POR-15 with good results but am looking for a spray alternative.

I don't know if it's okay to post links to other forums, but this is a great way to fix the problem.
