upgrading alternator 03 psd 6.0 110/140 question
need to replace the alternator on my 03, wanting to go with a 140 instead of the 110 and thinking going with the napa lifetime warranty one. However they do not list a 140 for a single alt application. do I just use the one for the dual set up? also do I need to look at increasing wire thickness on main wire?

The wire sould be the same for both, do you currently have 2 alts? If so then look at size difference between the two and mounting points. If they are the same then replace both with 140s if not then you have your answer.
