The exhaust should give you no problems providing they don't start doing smog checks there like they have here and in other states. Usually what starts here does spread but that's another story.

Unless Arlington is in a county that surrounds Memphis, Nashville, or Knoxville, he shouldn't have smog checks. I don't see it getting to those other counties within the near term anyway. If it does then his only hope would be to be exempt by weight as diesel in of itself isn't exempt in TN.
COOL, I do like my big fat dual exhaust! I'm right out of Memphis in the county. We do not have to go thru inspections. Point me in the right direction in which SCT I need & which tune would be best for my driving application.
Yesterday along with the new OEM cap, I put the stock intake back on & took the Hypertech out. Went on a 1 hr. ride, running it hard on back roads & the interstate. No puking coolant & the coolant level did not change. It shifted really smooth & ran great. Pulling the camper in a few days, that will tell the tale.
Guess what.....Pulled the camper over 400 miles (half Delta & half in the Ozark mountians) & ran in hard. I checked my coolant level & did not loose a drop of coolant. I reckon the haed gaskets are good. Must have been a faulty cap.
