Replace Dash lights 98 Mountaineer
I am slowing having the lights burn out in our 98 Mountaineer. Anyone ever replace them?
I assume you have to take the dash apart?

Well did the job today, One of the easist dashes I have ever taken apart. I replaced them all while I was there.
Went so far as to take it down apart and wiped all the dials and stuff clean again too.

Check tis info for when you are readu to do it again with LEDs.

Thanks, I will be in the dash again shortly...the cable that works the gear shift indicator just broke and I didn't know it before hand.
Broke down at the selector, plastic piece so I assume the whole cable will have to be replaced.
