I am not sure, but it looks like your front springs are the reverse, or down arc style, which is one of the engineering tricks, to lowering an old Highboy.. I am just guessing about stability, but lowering the center of gravity, has to make it more stable.. I have never heard of roll-over, or tipsiness of a Highboy, other than one too many beers in the loose nut behind the wheel...
Looks like a Dentside Highboy to me... but there are lots of others on this forum who are way more expert on the fine points of Highboy or not. Mine is a '68 so no problem there with ID... Your truck looks like a good one, and mostly straight & complete. Keep the rubber side down..

It's not a High Boy, has been proven in another thread. Assembled 7/1977, has two leaf spring front suspension, married transfer case, no in-cab fuel tank.
High Boys have 5 or 6 leaf front springs, divorced transfer case, in-cab fuel tank.
Hey guys. I've been searching for the best place to ask this, and I apologize if this isn't the place. If it isn't, please point me to the right forum. I am restoring a 76 Highboy (yes, it's a real Highboy). The big issue I'm currently dealing with is finding a compatible bed. The narrow frame rails threw me off at first, but I was told I can use any longbed, and drill new holes if needed. I found a potential donor truck with a decent bed and just want to make sure it'll fit. The donor truck that has the new bed is a 1975 F250 (but is 2WD), and measures about 100" from the back of the cab to the front edge of the rear bumper. This is the same measurement as the Highboy. But will everything else line up, and I'll only have to drill narrower holes?
Yep new holes and good to go. I did this on my build. 73 camper special bed on to a 76 highboy. Either weld up old holes or plug em with more bed bolt heads.

Great, thanks. So it makes no difference that the donor truck is not 4WD? It is just a '75 2WD F250

Nope no difference. Just new holes. I did make spacers to tack weld into the bed cross members to keep from distorting bed floor when tightening down bed to frame.
am curious why the frame part number for a 1973 through 1977 were made in 1976? D6TZ is made in 1976 so how could that frame number be on a 1973,4,5? perhaps a typo and it should be 76-77 for the 133" ? just wondering. Also know of a serial number Y21639 1977 that is a highboy to a T!
