I would think the optional booster would be a brake booster...?
The rear springs would probably be overload springs.
When was your truck built...?
The second is the number of times the pinion gear rotates in relation to the ring gear. 3.50 means it turns 3 1/2 times for every single revolution of the ring gear...3,300# is the rear axle's weight rating
The third is the tire size...wsw pt = white side-wall passenger truck
Not positive about the other two things, and since you're looking for answers I won't guess.
