With the EGR pipe, your best bet may be to make your own. Any from a junk yard is probably going to have the ends rust welded in place. I tore the threads out of mine when I removed it.
Hit up a plumbing store and find what thread the in and out EGR ports are, and then bend and fit some pipe that runs between the two.

F-250 Restorer, LMC truck didn't have any that I could find, although I could try older years, maybe they are there.
