Deaver Suspension also lists 5" and 7" lifts for 99-07 Superduties on their website.
If you ever get a chance, compare a Deaver leaf spring pack to something like my Skyjacker pack. A total night and day difference. I have probably half the leafs in mine that Deaver would use in a similar height lift.
Other good brands are Icon and Rize.
That would sum up my very short list. I've learned the hard way. Too bad I wasn't the one that put this lift on my truck to begin with, it was done by the previous owner. But I'm sick of the rough ride, and so is my wife. I may swap out the lift one day. Not sure if I'll go back to stock, or go with a different brand lift. If I do go with another lift, it will be only Deaver, Icon, or Rize.
I am with Curtis on this one, deaver are, in my opinion, the best. Have them on my '79 and will have them on my '01 soon.
Well I'm not having any luck finding the stuff Curtis is talking about. The 5" & 7" springs on deaver's website are for the rear end. The only thing for the front appears to be a leveling kit. What about the front?
Looking at Rize, they appear to only offer super duty stuff for the 05 and up. I know a guy with a 6" Icon lift who is less than thrilled with it.
Hoping to hear more personal experiences with 4" lifts from those who have them.

"Rear" is the lift height at the rear of the truck. That's what's confusing you. It doesn't mean rear springs only.
Their pricing is for the spring packs front and rear. The rest of the hardware is sold separately.

Well Iam in the market for a lift also and Icon is on the top of my list.
I would like to know how Icon's 4 inch lift is performing.
Anyone out there with a 4 inch Icon , would like to share some experiences good or bad ?

Well I'm easily confused so that's understandable. I do find it odd that the pricing would be the same for 99 - 07 since the front end switched to coils in 05. That's why I assumed it was rear springs only.
So what's the story with Deaver selling odd lifts and everyone else selling even number lifts? What all is "the rest of the hardware?" U-bolts, track bar relocation bracket, brake lines or bracket, shocks, pitman arm drop? What else am I missing?
Deaver builds/assembles the springs, the entire kits are usually sold by another vendor like Icon. Icon at one time were deaver springs but I have heard they are not now. I have in the past just purchased the springs not shocks or other hardware.

Mark is correct, Icon who was Donahoe used to use Deaver springs, but switched to Betts almost 5 years ago. If you find someone who is a dealer for Deaver, like us, you can get everything you need but their website is cumbersome unfortunately. You can also just call them directly, while pricey I think this is your best option because of the quality of workmanship and raw materials used.
^^^What Clay said. Deaver offers a whole lot that is not on the website. For example, The Deaver brand X codes on my truck, not listed on the website. You have to call them for some things. They have really good deals on U bolts too, like 35-40 ish for front ubolts!
