Warrenty
I purchased a 2004 F150 Crew with a 5.4 eng back in 2007 from a dealer. With the truck I purchased the Premium Care warranty for 36/75000. It expires on Nov 21 of this year. The dealer I purchased it from just went out of business last month. Another dealer in the area has purchased the dealer I bought it from. Since purchasing the truck only the original dealer has every touched it. All maintenance (oil changes and everything) and repairs was done by the original dealer. Did not want to get into a finger pointing situation while under warranty. Recently I started having issues with it stalling. The new dealer said the issue was under the intake manifold. It turned out to be a "pinched vacuum hose under the intake manifold". They do not want to warranty it. I disagree. Does anyone know what my options are (other than paying for it)? I paid almost 3000.00 for the warranty when I purchased the truck.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com

Show the information from where you payed for the warranty and all the tickets from when you brought the truck to the other dealer. That is your best course of action. After seeing all the records then they should step up and pay for the fix.
