2001 7.3 cold start problems

2001 7.3 cold start problems
I bought a 2001 F-250 4x4 Last March. The dealler told me it had a cold start problem. He told me they replaced the starter relay and it didn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions seen as how it is starting to get cold out? I like to fix this problem before my truck stops starting.

It probably has bad cable ends, usually the right side one that carries the full current tends to corrode inside.
