Obd port issuses
Ok on my 99 super duty I can't get the obd port to power up a programmer. My cig lighter works and every fuse is good but obd port still wont work. Anyone else have any ideas what it might be. I have used a test light on it and have power in three spots? Someone help me out here I'm about to go crazy.

Same thing happened with mine. It was a fuse. I think there is a special OBD fuse. It confused the hell out of me for like 2 days.
