Yeah that is too bad, I thought it may be that too. Maybe with any luck the creator is still on FTE and can dig up the old files?

Nothing we can do to retrieve the images since they were hosted off site at the time. I wish I could help...

No problem!

I forgot I made a second one for our work truck when we got it.

The drivers side "feed line" gets routed to the rear of the head so any air that gets in the galley in the head flows to the front (high end) and out the return line and back to the fuel tank.

Snow, what did you use there as your regulator? Looks easy enough to build that I don’t want to pay hundreds of dollars for a “kit”, it’s fun building an effective piece yourself!

The regulator is just a block of aluminum I drilled out and machined on the lathe. Not much more than the stock regulator just with some room to stick the fittings in. I then just use nitrous jets to restrict the return lines. I made my own nitrous jets too but they could be easily bought.

I made up the regulator block to take all the fittings and whatnot. But in all reality a guy could just use T's and plumb the returns into the main return line after the regulator.

Your regulator looks very nice, and likely exceeds my capabilities. We’ve got a lathe here at work and I have messed around making tie rods etc but have never gained experience to that level. I would be willing to provide copious amounts of beer and chips to learn that skill.

Did you just experiment with different jet sizes until you achieved your target psi or was it a calculated approach? Looks very simple to do the rest, a couple hard lines from the heads and call it a day. Why didn’t international do this from the factory!?

No idea why they didn't implement a return from the heads instead of just the fuel bowl.

I started with some jets I had on hand. I never ever once checked fuel pressure. Even with what I felt to be a "bit big" jet in the works the truck acted normal. I forget the sizes (drill size) I settled on but it is quite small. I felt there was no real reason to move a lot of fuel threw the heads and to the return. Just a small small jet to let any air bubbles that enter the heads a place to escape. I'd be willing to bet I copied (drilled) my jets to the smallest nitrous jet available.
